Hotel Finance Assistant - 5 star Hotel, London

As Finance Assistant you will provide general assistance in all areas of the Hotel accounting function enabling the Hotel Financial leadership team to provide timely and accurate financial information to Head Office and to local management.

Responsibilities

  • To collect, process and consolidate daily Reception and F&B Banking.
  • To prepare, check and reconcile Air Crew allowances.
  • To prepare and control the change, float requirements and Petty Cash
  • To ensure all foreign currency exchange has relevant backup, according to Money Laundering requirements.
  • All Banking journals, etc. should be prepared and posted daily.
  • Posting of invoices.
  • To check, balance and compile a consolidation report for Credit Cards.
  • To prepare and issue the Daily Management Report to all HODS and Revenue Consolidated reports to Head Office.
  • This role will suit someone with Hotel Finance experience, with commitment to efficiency and support to a superb Finance team.
  • Opera experience is an advantage
