Assistant Restaurant Manager - The PIG on the beach - Studland, Swanage

We are currently looking for a passionate customer focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our friendly Restaurant team.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will create an exciting work atmosphere with a culture focused on family, fun and community. You will be responsible for ‘Bringing it together’ by helping to lead and drive the daily operations within the restaurant.

Our Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant General Manager by supervising the performance of the team and ensuring every guest has a positive experience with us.As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will lead the food and beverage service in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager. Therefore, good communication and people management skills are a must. You will need to be confident, yet at ease working in an attention to detail environment whilst maintaining an informal and accessible approach to all.

The ideal candidate will have previous Assistant/Restaurant Management experience, or within a similar role.
