General Manager - Wellington Wellbeing - Reading

This General Manager role presents an incredible opportunity for someone who has senior level management experience working in a spa, clinic, gym or similar environment, to take their career to the next level. Working alongside the Founder, you will help launch the business and drive the vision of Wellington Wellbeing becoming the destination for those seeking the very best health and wellness experience.

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the daily operation of Wellington Wellbeing and is responsible for coaching and managing staff to deliver and maintain the very best client service, whilst ensuring that we are not only aligned with, but leading industry trends.

The General Manager will also support the Founder in implementing key elements such as promotions and guest loyalty programmes, whilst maximising revenue through efficient scheduling of staff, classes, and room use.

You will:

• Candidates will have a demonstrable passion for the health and wellness industry and have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the industry and its future.
• Previous senior management experience working with therapists, including recruiting, on boarding and mentoring is essential, alongside knowledge of how to ensure brand core values and etiquette are entrenched.
• Communication skills will be outstanding, and pride taken in motivating, influencing and inspiring others.
