What You'll Do

  • Act as a confident role model for all new team members whilst taking a hands on approach.
  • Work with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Complete end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts, running night audit backup, and roll the date
  • Print contingency lists to have a record of all guests in case of emergency Ensure that any Food & Beverage operations are supervised including bar closures
  • Operate the telephone switchboard station at the reception and process requests for wake up calls, and advise guest of any messages whilst assigning guests room and check-ins Create a fantastic environment for customers and team members to relax and enjoy their stay with us.
  • Support the management team to deliver consistently high standards.
