Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf and Spa in Bedfordshire, now has an exciting opportunity available for a Night Porter/Auditor to join our Night team

Excellent transport links mean we are only 30 minutes by train from St Pancras, a 10 minute drive to Luton Airport and 5 minutes from the M1. We are looking for exceptional individuals who are passionate about providing first class customer service to exceed our guests' expectations. Night Porter/Auditor Overview
The Night Porter/Auditor's role is to assist the Night Manager to provide a smooth and efficient Night Service & Night Audit. This will ensure that our 5 star high level customer service is maintained on a 24 hour basis. As Night Porter/Auditor you will ensure that a thorough and comprehensive hand-over is carried out from Reception at the start and end of the shift. The Night Porter/Auditor will also be responsible for providing a late guest check-in and information service.

Attributes/Experience

Candidates should be able to demonstrate a proven track record in Reception, Night Porters or related discipline in the hotel or travel trade industry preferably gained within a 4/5 Star establishment . Applicants should be computer literate and preference will be given to candidates who have experience in Opera Fidelio or similar advanced PMS systems. For this post we require an excellent command of the English language both verbal and written and outstanding communication and leadership skills. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the highest level of customer service.
