Fitness Coach/Front of House - motive8 Greenwich, London

We are recruiting for a brand new Clubhouse facility due to open in June. The clubhouse is to become the base of a brand new running track being built around Greenwich Peninsula and will provide its members and members of the public with luxurious changing facilities, food and beverage services along with an exercise studio.

We are looking for a front of house team (full and part-time) that will thrive in a busy environment and provide our customers with an unforgettable experience.

The role:

• Providing excellent customer service to members and members of the public
• Promote a thriving community within The Clubhouse
• Oversee the day-to-day running of The Clubhouse whilst on-shift
• Actively seek new clients and opportunities to grow awareness of The Clubhouse
• Work with the other members of the team to provide a first class experience

Requirements:

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor or Excercise to Music Instructor Qualification
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• High level of interpersonal skills

Desirable attributes:

• A keen interest in fitness and/or art and culture (ideally both)
• Previous experience within the luxury gym/ spa/ hotel markets
• First aid experience
