Supervisor

Ahead of an exciting, busy Summer we have a great opportunity for a Bar Supervisor to join our stunning pub restaurant The Bailwick in Engelfield Green, near Egham in Surrey. 

As our Bar Supervisor your role will be hands on and varied - you'll be looking after our guests and making sure they have a great experience throughout their time with us, as well as running shifts and ensuring that the rest of the bar team are trained and motivated. 

You’ll need to have a genuine passion for great customer service and an existing knowledge of or an interest in learning about cask ales, beers, wines and spirits.

Oh. and we like beer. A lot.
