MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events) are the life blood of our business.

As hands-on Assistant Conference and Events Services Manager, you will help lead our busy conference and banqueting team to deliver high standards of service and product to our guests.

As well as running events, you will assist the C&E Manager in maximising sales opportunities, managing all cost controls, health and safety as well as training and developing the team. 

To succeed as Assistant Conference and Events Services Manager, you will have the ability to work well under pressure, be able to multitask and motivate the team to deliver consistently.

Previous supervisory/assistant manager experience within a busy fast-paced similar role such as Conference and Banqueting, MICE, Conference and Events, Silver Service or Duty Manager is essential.
