Your responsibilities as a Breakfast Host / Hostess  will include:

- Take care of guest satisfaction by service and product delivery according to the guidelines of Park Plaza Hotels

- Long-term and short-term goals of the Food and Beverage department.

We are looking for

The ideal Breakfast Host / Hostess  will:

- Understand the importance of delivering a fantastic breakfast experience for the guests

- Have customer facing experience;

- Have experience in a high volume food and beverage department/outlet

- Be able to meet customer needs quickly and efficiently;

- Has a strong understanding of food and beverage service techniques

- Be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- Have some working knowledge of Micros computer system

- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!
