Main role and objectives:

As Luggage Porter at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge you will have a key position in the arrival and departure experience of our guests. You will provide efficient and courteous assistance with luggage, rooming and guest queries under the direction & guidance of the Concierge. 

Your responsibilities:

• Welcome the guests to the hotel in a warm and friendly manner and assist them with their luggage going to and from the front desk, and escorting guests to their rooms as required.
• Deliver messages, packages, newspapers and flowers for guests, and undertake any other requests to ensure their comfort
• Store and receive luggage as needed; issues completed claim checks to guests when storing luggage and keeps the luggage storage room clean and tidy
• Assist in other departments such as room service and housekeeping when requested by management
