Senior Sous Chef - The PIG, Brockenhurst, Hampshire.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sous Chef at THE PIG Hotel Brockenhurst who is as passionate about modern British food as we are.

A Senior Sous Chef role at THE PIG is like no other, you will be working with a menu that is influenced by the kitchen garden and can change on an hourly basis. It can be challenging, but very rewarding.

As a Senior Sous Chef you will be running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. You will also be managing all aspects of the kitchen, from overseeing sections to costings, rotas and stock take; maintaining standards & daily health and safety checks.

We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join the team and with two new hotels opening in the next 18 months there is plenty of opportunities to progress
