As Assistant General Manager you will work alongside the Management team to ensure the smooth running of the business and maintain our high standards that have become the benchmark throughout the industry.

We are looking for passionate, fun people who are willing to learn and have a positive approach to their work to help develop the individuals within the team and move the business forward.

You will receive a 13 week training program to give a full grounding in all aspects of your role and the business with aspects including

• Exposure to all aspects of the General Managers’ role
• Developing junior management positions
• Forecasting and Rota control
• Sales and marketing
• Company values and culture
• The ability to lead and develop the team
• Full kitchen, bar and floor training
• Running operations day to day
