Are you an experienced Fitness Instructor looking to work full-time or part-time within an award-winning spa?

Calcot Spa is everything you would expect from a Cotswold Spa. Quiet, calm, beautifully designed and with the uplifting spa aroma that instantly suggests relaxation. The building is lovely, the lavender-lined outdoor hot tub and open fire is inviting and of course the healthy menu is delicious – but most importantly, the spa and the fitness team are exceptional!

The Spa is open to residents and spa members and offers the following facilities:

• New Technogym equipped Gym
• Exercise studio
• 16m indoor heated swimming pool
• Outdoor hot tub
• Outdoor pool
• 3km running track
• Outdoor rig
• 220 acres for outdoor activity
• Tennis courts

Duties include:

• Opening and closing facility
• Instructing regular exercise to music fitness classes
• Providing gym inductions for members
• Providing gym progress updates for members
• Offering personal training for members
• Completing daily water quality tests of pool, hot tub and outdoor pool
• Keeping gym spotless
• Supporting Reception team
• Ability to promote other aspects of the business suitably

Qualifications and skills required

• 2 years relevant industry experience
• Gym Instructor Level 2
• Experienced with delivery of a good range of studio classes to high quality essential
• PT Qualification Level 3

Qualifications and skills desirable

• Exercise to Music / Aerobics qualification
• Pool responder qualification
• First Aid qualification
• Plant room knowledge
