About the Opportunity
Leading by example, you’ll inspire employees to keep our customers’ hearts racing and adrenaline pumping, and with 500m of multi-level track to play with, that shouldn’t be too hard.
As a Duty Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the track from:
- Supervision and stock taking of the snack bar to re-fuel our customers
- Energising and coordinating staff on shift to engage with our customers and offer a ‘peak performance’
- Ensuring that customers and staff comply with our H&S standards
- Up-selling TeamSport’s awesome products and events
Being a Duty Manager is about being full of fun, approachable, thinking on your feet and putting yourself in our customer's shoes. You will be flexible in the hours, the position is for a 30 hour contract and will include late finishes and availability at weekends.
We look for talented, proactive, customer focused individuals with a positive and proactive attitude. You must have at least 12 months’ customer service experience within a customer facing environment with some supervision or team leading experience.
