Exercise to Music Instructor - The Vale Community Campus

Casual hours | £15.38 - £16.64 per hour (inclusive of 10% market plussage and 12.03% holiday plussage)

The Vale Community Campus is looking for qualified Class Instructors to join us on casual contracts.

We are looking for dynamic individuals to deliver structured group fitness sessions which are designed to meet the needs of our customers.

About the role

As a Class Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching safe, fun, and effective exercise classes, consistent with standards set out within our normal operating procedures.

You will maintain excellent customer focus at all times, meeting customer expectations and therefore ensuring repeat business. This will include being available to the customers both before and after the sessions to answer queries, motivate and guide.

About you

Do you have the right qualifications, excellent communication skills along with experience of customer care within a leisure environment? If so, we would like to hear from you.

You should possess a valid qualification in specialist activity recognised by the governing professional body or specific group fitness class qualifications such as zumba, studio cycling, circuits, pilates, yoga or aquafit as well as a les mills BTS.

Flexibility to cover holidays and sickness at short notice will be required. Depending upon the individual there may be further opportunities to coach other group fitness exercise classes and progress further with on-going continued personal development.
