We are the Alton Towers Resort and we are part of the magical Merlin Entertainments! We are currently recruiting for a Night Porter to join us in the Hotels at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy! First impressions count for a lot and you'll be one of the first people our guests meet as a Night Porter at the Alton Towers Resort. As such, you'll need to be an enthusiastic and helpful ambassador, as well as a mine of information - answering questions on everything from the geographical layout of the Resort to the latest promotions. You'll also take responsibility for safe handling of guest property, as well as ensuring that the Hotels are tidy and spotless ready for the next morning. In this role you could work in any of our amazing hotels - Alton Towers Hotel, Splash Landings Hotel or our Enchanted Village and New for 2018, CBeebies Land Hotel.
