Looking for a wild new role which will see you interact with and even feed some of our most amazing animals, on a daily basis?

Every guest who visits Chessington World of Adventures Report for Britain’s wildest day out is important. As a VIP Host, however, you will be responsible for looking after our most important adventurers. We are looking for enthusiastic & confident people with a passion for guest interaction and customer service to deliver the VIP experiences we offer.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for promoting our VIP experiences, beating our revenue targets and delivering VIP customer service. You’ll lead our VIP animal experiences and host Birthday Parties. When VIP families visit us, you’ll host them on their wild day out, putting the guest first and catering for their every need. You’ll also be a key point of contact providing our adventurers with directions and park info, to make the most from their day.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with bags of enthusiasm & energy, who’ll make fantastic interactions their number one priority. You will also have a passion to deliver outstanding and engaging experiences day after day. You will need good communication skills, with colleagues and adventurers, as well as a positive and friendly nature. You must also be comfortable working both within a team and on your own, having the confidence to make your own decisions in what is a fast-paced, but fun working environment.
