Regional Manager - Leading Leisure Operator - Birmingham

This is a fantastic opportunity to assume strategic, operational and commercial responsibility for 10+ diverse sports, leisure and fitness facilities in the Birmingham area as a Regional Manager for a dynamic and progressive operator.

You will lead, coach, develop and drive your team of General Managers to achieve great things day to day with equal focus on commercial, operational, product and service delivery. Your goal is to deliver a great customer experience and maximise participation across multiple areas of income generation whilst keeping cost control in check. You will also work proactively to build strong relationships within the local area with relevant community, sports and corporation organisations to encourage greater usage of their facilities and services.

To be considered, you will already be working in the leisure industry as a Senior General Manager, Contract Manager, Cluster Manager, Regional Manager or Area Manager managing a multi-million, multi-faceted business. Experience of delivering community strategy and working with multiple stakeholders would also be a distinct advantage.
