Assistant Manager, The Viking Pub & Bakehouse, Up to £24k + bonus
We are looking for an Assistant Manager with a thirst for knowledge and a desire to progress!
Our Assistant Managers are critical to our business - they have targeted KPI's ranging from stock control and administration, to marketing and social media. However, ultimately, they support a Deputy and General Manager to deliver a world class guest experience.
You should have a natural ability to dazzle guests and pride yourself on running brilliant, vibrant, guest focused shifts.
You will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company - 70% of our GM's have been promoted internally!
Who we need
- Someone who has a genuine love for being out front and dazzling guests
- A desire to go above and beyond and help us develop the concept
- Experienced in a busy fresh food and bar environment
- Enjoys excelling at KPI's and thrives at being at the top
- Experienced at all aspects of people management
- A real foodie with a passion for beer is a must
- A proper grafter who takes pride in their work
