F&B Assistant

We are looking for an experienced F&B Assistant to join our team at Gara Rock Hotel in East Portlemouth, near Salcombe in Devon. With previous experience of working in food service and striving for the best in all that they do, the F&B Assistant will deliver first class customer service to our guests, through excellent product knowledge and delivering a professional service.

Reporting to the Restautrant Manager, the F&B Assistant will take orders from guests in the restaurant, advise on dishes, support the kitchen, and support the bar.

This role offers variable hours, working across any day of the week, and will involve evenings, weekends and early mornings. On occasion this may also involve working split shifts.
