We are currently recruiting for a Seasonal Hotel Team Leader.  Within this role you will lead and develop our team of hotel receptionists, whilst also undertaking a combination of hotel reception and duty manager shifts for the hotel.  As our Seasonal Hotel Team Leader you will respond to guest queries in a professional manner, monitoring and implementing operational processes in order to deliver against key targets.

In this role you will create memorable experiences by ensuring the Hotel Receptionist team deliver the friendly and efficient arrival and departure of Hotel guests, maintaining a high standard of hospitality at all times.  Motivated by our Daily Guest Feedback Scores, you will have a desire to maximise your Resort knowledge and willingness to exceed our guests’ expectations.  You will be provided training so that you can manage any medical related/incidents and conduct any required audits – great experience to have on your CV.
