As an Admissions Host you will be one of the first and last employees that a guest will come into contact with so it’s your job to make a fantastic first and last impression for our guests. The role involves all aspects of ensuring guests have a smooth, efficient and memorable entrance to the castle including operation of the turnstiles, annual pass checks, and cash handling. Maintaining a high standard of guest service and safety is crucial as these first and last impressions really count, therefore a good knowledge of the castle is needed to answer various guest queries. 

Because of the nature of our business you will be required to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays. This is a seasonal role from May 2019 – November 2019.
