We are looking for an enthusiastic, fun loving, passionate Chef de Partie to lead and motivate a team within our Coach house restaurant.  This busy restaurant has huge scope for development, and is a blank canvas in terms of menu for the right individual to take ownership of and grow both its reputation, and their own individual skills.

Key objectives as below

To plan, deliver and develop existing food operations
within the kitchen team for the Coach House Restaurant, and support the Kitchen manager and Sous chefs with developing exciting menus for all other parts of the venue

•        To assist with the day to day kitchen operations within the coach house restaurant

•        Responsible for customer satisfaction and employee safety

•        Maintain a safe and healthy environment adhering to food safety & health regulations

•        To work as part of a team. Lead & develop commis Chefs to achieve exceptional sales, profit & food safety standard

Because of the nature of our business you may will be required to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

 

Salary £20,000
