Our mission is to be the best loved Hotel & Restaurant Company so regardless of position, we look for individuals who are passionate about providing genuine heartfelt care to our guests and employees. As Food & Drink Supervisor in our Events department you also will:

  • Lead your team following our standards of service
  • Own your shift, demonstrate and pass your knowledge of stock levels, set ups, special guests’ requirements to the team
  • Know what’s in your cupboard and stay on top of drinks consumption and wastage
  • Communicate with our guests making sure they have everything they need for their special day
  • Become part of our big family of team members helping each other in busy times
  • Make sure your banking is balanced at the end of each shift

What you’ll need to succeed in this role?!

Ideally, you will already have experience in a management/supervisory role and will:

  • Have the ability to develop strong relationships with customers in order to maximise sales opportunities and generate business for the future.
  • Show willingness to help guests and go the extra mile
  • Demonstrate flexibility in terms of working hours
  • Be motivated and enthusiastic
  • Be professional, flexible and willing to learn
