Our mission is to be the best loved Hotel & Restaurant Company so regardless of position, we look for individuals who are passionate about providing genuine heartfelt care to our guests and employees. 

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As Concierge you’ll ensure guests receive a pleasant, personal and memorable service at all times by using their names when you welcome them, relieving their luggage and escorting guests to their rooms.

You will know the hotel facilities like the back of your hand and you will always be happy to provide guests with relevant information. As a concierge you will make sure there is a good supply of maps, menus, hotel brochures and any current promotion material in the guest service area, and organise transportation for guests as and when necessary. You’ll also work closely with our maintenance team to inform them of any issues, and with the guest relations team to ensure guest comfort and convenience at all times.

What you’ll need to succeed in this role?!

  • You'll be warm, bubbly, engaging and committed to delivering exceptional levels of guest service and thrive under pressure, always maintaining a positive, can do attitude.
  • You''ll be enthusiastic, flexible and has a professional and caring attitude.
  • You'll be willing to help other departments of the hotel wherever possible and understand the flexibility required when business levels peak and trough, to deliver the best possible service.
  • You’ll be motivated and enthusiastic
  • You’ll be professional, flexible and willing to learn
