Job Title: Junior Digital Analyst 

The purpose of this role is to create and regularly produce reporting and insight that will enable the Dot Com team and the wider business to review performance.  This role will also support in creating tags to enable further insight into customer behaviour on the websites. 

Main Responsibilites:

• Creating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as well as real-time dashboards for both internal and external audiences
• Continuously develop team reporting, driving insight into the team
• Conduct on-demand analysis to support UX improvement, businessimprovement marketing campaign analysis
• You must have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of statistics and probability to produce actionable insight and be skilled in extracting and migrating data in relational database systems
• Convert raw data into tidy data

• SQL would be advantageous
• Must have experience of using web analytics platforms
• Experience of visualisation platforms
• Tagging solution experience
• Ecommerce Analytics experience is a must-have
