We are looking a passionate, experienced pizzaiola that understands the authentic Neapolitan style

What we need

• Experience in leading and developing a team
• Can confidently demonstrate the Neapolitan techniques – dough and stretching
• Knowledge and experience in the use of wood oven
• Can read, understand and speak English.
