Our Client provides a luxury Spa environment that is a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation for their regular guests. They firmly believe that it is the people who make the difference, which is why they provide every new starter with great training from their first day in their new, exciting role.

Responsibilities;

In addition to the regular Spa Therapist responsibilities, you will fundamentally be the difference between an 'okay' and an 'amazing' Guest experience. Going above and beyond at every opportunity to wow your clients'.

Making a difference starts with a smile. You will need to have a naturally warm and positive attitude and a caring approach to your guests' needs, fulfilling their expectations. You will be encouraged and trained to deliver excellent standards of service in all Client treatments.

Qualifications & Experience;

• Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification CIBTAC or CIDESCO
• Practical experience in a Spa environment
• A valid UK / EU work permit

Brief overview of Duties:

• Ensuring all clients book for their next treatment and home maintenance recommendations are given.
• Promote new product launches and in the spa
• Assisting with stock checks as and when required
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends in line with the demands of the business
• Attending product house training
• Achieve excellent service standards

Package on Offer;

• £18,720 Basic depending on experience
