The Role
The Supervisor is a leader amongst the floor team and a crucial bridge between other departments as well as senior management.
Duties will include;
- Ensuring service standards to guests are met and exceeded.
- Making sure the restaurant is maintained and always looking great.
- Training, developing and coaching floor team members.
- Briefing the team and then leading the floor service.
- Supporting managers in opening and closing the business.
- Communicating and working effectively with other department managers & supervisors.
