The role - Waiter / Waitress

Our floor staff are responsible for managing the most part of our guests' experience with us. Whilst of course our Grill, Bar and Kitchen departments are integral to the delivery of the experience, it’s you that will help to pull it all together and have the most contact with guests.

You are expected to:

  • Explain our rodizio concept and nature of service to guests proficiently, providing friendly yet professional and attentive service.
  • Manage orders and requests offering informed advice and guidance on our menus and products.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure all the guests' needs are met.
  • Deliver exceptional levels of service, ensuring that all guests have a unique dining experience and leave feeling valued.
  • Ensuring the restaurant and dinning space is always maintained and presented to the highest degree.
