Health and Social Care Traineeship - Doncaster
We are looking for a motivated person who would like to work towards an apprenticeship in Health and Social Care. The Traineeship enables you to build on the skills that you already have and gets you fully prepared to be a successful apprentice. A Traineeship is an education and training programme with work experience that unlocks the great potential of young people and prepares them for their future careers by helping them to become ‘work ready’. Designed to help young people aged 16 to 24 who don’t yet have the appropriate skills or experience, Traineeships provide the essential work preparation training, English, maths and work experience needed to secure an apprenticeship or employment. As a part of the Traineeship programme you will access a work placement in a childcare setting, 3 days per week. this will enable you to develop a good knowledge and understanding of all the policies and procedures around working within a care environment, something you will need to know about moving onto an apprenticeship. During the Traineeship you will also be supported to develop your interview skills and confidence.
