All About Us
We are looking for someone to join our Supply Chain team as a Supply Chain Assistant. Based at our Covent Garden head office/the RSC, you will be responsible for setting up new products, stock management and the accuracy of all data held within the Supply Chain and Procurement teams.
What you’ll be doing:

Master data management – accurately update and maintain all central product / item information in our systems including the collection of product specifications. You will also be required to ensure the accurate and timely set up of new products to enable them to be ordered and sold in our restaurants and liaise cross functionally in order to do this.

Restaurant Support – provide support to restaurant and ops teams (whether that’s phone, email, or other channels). This could include query / issue support, project / initiative rollout and restaurant support administration

Stock management – monitor and report on stock levels in our Supply Chain and provide forecasts or re order schedules as necessary. You will be required to report on any stock issues – over stocks / short dated stocks / non-moving stocks. You will monitor BBE of entire range. You will also be required to ensure any franchise or international orders are processed following the required procedures. Also you will produce and submit Producer Responsibility Obligations report (Annually)
- External Customer Support - process any customer enquiries and orders related to our webshop and report any IT issue or product quality issues to the relevant department

Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with strong excel skillsBe highly organised, with excellent numerical skillsBe comfortable with the accurate management of data and informationBe a great communicator who is able to initiate and build strong relationships with our distributors, suppliers and restaurantsHave strong time management skillsIdeally have experience in a similar role within the hospitality or retail industryBe a friendly and adaptable team player with a “can do attitude” – not afraid to roll your sleeves upFluent spoken and written English with Italian as an advantage
