Job Title: Micro Space Planner 

The purpose of this role is to increase Holland & Barrett's on-shelf sales and space efficiency whilst producing a visually appealing, easy-to-shop range and plan, delivering a great shopping experience for our customer.

• Building strong relationships with the Trade, Marketing and Store Teams in producing category planograms meeting Holland and Barrett's merchandising principles
• Ensure the Planogram Release Schedule is adhered to
• Produce and maintain all planograms from conception to store implementation
• Carry out store and competitor visits with the Trading Team
• Consider and present areas of merchandising opportunities to Merchandising, Trade and Operational Teams
• Assist with merchandising projects within category
• Support the business on managing minimal stock levels
• Challenge current ways of working through analysis and process change in conjunction with customer insight and Trading Teams.
• Support the wider team on macro space projects as and when required

The Person

• Retail merchandising experience 
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team
• Demonstrable commercial acumen
• Good analytical and numeric skills demonstrating attention to detail
• Well organised and able to prioritise own work to meet multiple work stream deadlines
• Confident, open minded and happy to challenge the norm, as well as present to peers
• Strong experience of space planning software; ideally Spaceman for planogram production
• Excellent Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and administration skills
