Who we are

We opened the first Wildwood in 2008 and we have gone from strength to strength ever since. We believe in keeping it simple, focusing on great food, exceptional service and spectacular sites, it seems to be working as we have now grown to 60 restaurants.

We are looking for an ambitious Head Chef who will support us in delivering these goals.

Whether the food is from our grill section, hand-stretched stone-baked pizza, or our freshly prepared pastas, our passion for high quality dishes is the main focus across all of our restaurants.

What we’re looking for

As the Head Chef, your role will be to lead a team of chefs and KPs, ensuring great food quality, as well as managing labour and food cost to budget.

You will be passionate about training and developing your chefs so that the kitchen functions to the same high standards whether you're on shift or not!

  • Passion for cooking great food
  • Knowledge of managing a kitchen team
  • Ability to effectively control food cost and labour cost
  • Good knowledge of food preparation, stock rotation and kitchen health and safety
  • Ability to train and motivate staff to work to consistently high standards
