Who are looking for …

Mouth-watering hot sauces, spice rubs, fragrant marinades and cool chutneys feature in our food, to fresh hand tossed salads, spice wood jerk grills and exotically spiced one pots, perfect for sharing with friends. We are looking for a talented Chef that will take pride in the food they prepare and present, and to help motivate and inspire Turtle Bay Chefs to serve fantastic Caribbean inspired food.

In return, as a Sous Chef at Turtle Bay we expect you: 

• To have had significant experience preparing fresh food.
• Have experience and be comfortable with high volume food sales. 
• Be hands on with Line Chefs, encouraging them to develop and progress.
• Ensure that standards are kept to the very highest they can be. 
• To work with passion and integrity, as a positive ambassador for Turtle Bay!
• Have a genuine love for our food, cocktails, music and people.
