We are currently recruiting for an Operations Support Manager to join the team based at the National Tennis Centre in Roehampton, London.

The Operations Support Manager will lead a team of General Assistants in delivering a 5* service in the National Tennis Centre (NTC) facility presentation, cleanliness and residential housekeeping, including delivering with excellence all day to day functions, events and setups.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable relevant experience, within a sports environment (desirable), incorporating all aspects of customer service, facilities and health and safety. They will have experience of recruiting, developing and leading a high performing team of general assistants / cleaners, alongside experience of managing rotas/schedules and budgets.

This is full time role, working 5 days out of 7 Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis; the operational coverage will be between 6am until 10pm.
