What you'll be doing...

 

We’re excited to be launching something very new for our customers in Milton Keynes. We’re introducing a brand new food & drink concept in Debenhams – Loaf & Bloom.

 

Our new deli kitchen will provide a tranquil and uplifting space allowing our customers to put down their bags and take a break from shopping. It will be a place to connect with yourself, hang out with friends and re-energise.

 

With a choice of healthy, tasty lunches and snacks from our wholesome, seasonal menu, our customers are sure to be tempted by one of our home-style treats, emerging revitalised and ready to go.

 

What you'll bring...

 

We’re looking for Baristas who love serving up perfection and have a passion for crafting the perfect coffee.

 

Loaf & Bloom is brought to life by our great team, offering customer service to be proud of and making each customer feel special.

 

A Loaf & Bloom Barista:

 

• Naturally thinks like a customer, putting them at the heart of everything they do
• Enjoys talking to customers at every opportunity
• Understands the coffee process from bean to cup and is a passionate coffee drinker
• Takes pride in quality and presentation whilst making multiple drinks simultaneously
• Approachable and enthusiastic whilst working with energy and pace
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment in a clean and safe working environment

 

We’ll provide you with all the training you need to work in our restaurant and plenty of support along the way so you’ll quickly feel like one of the team.

When you’ll be doing it...

 

We’re open 7 days a week and in this role you’ll need to be available to work 4 - 5 variable days per week including weekends
