A Sous Chef is required for a busy Hotel in Milton Keynes.

As Sous Chef you will be required to:

• Provide mentoring, guidance and assistance to the brigade of Chefs
• Assist the Executive Chef in the menu planning, stock control and cost management
• Place food orders int he Exec Chef's absence
• Prepare and present culinary offering to a high standard
• Enusre health, safety and hygiene compliance.
