Petersham Nurseries is currently looking for an experienced and passionate Host/ Hostess for La Goccia restaurant in Covent Garden.

Previous experience with OpenTable reservation system is essential for this role

• The Role

Role

• Enhance first and last guests' impression in the restaurant and on the phone.
• Develop welcoming and farewell techniques.
• Develop a good relationship with regulars
• Maximising opportunities on all reservation and casual entry management
• Upkeep of the menus, up to date, clean, enough for the service
• Prepare and give an input on the briefing sheet.
• Communication with the sister restaurant and other departments

La Goccia offers Petersham Nurseries interpretation of the Italian aperitivo and small plates known as cicchetti.
