Future Fit is going through an unprecedented expansion after 3 consecutive years of winning prestigious industry awards.  We’re looking for qualified and experienced Tutors and Assessors to join our dynamic team.  If you share our values of innovation, honesty and passion, we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for Tutors and Assessors to deliver our comprehensive range of courses held at locations covering various areas of the UK.  Our courses and assessments are delivered at weekends (Friday-Sunday) and your schedule is planned well in advance so we can work around your other commitments.  You will be offered a personalised training programme with plenty of opportunities to cross train and upskill via our award winning Pro Zone development platform.  We’ll even cover your CIMSPA membership subscription! 

You will need:

• At least 2 years’ experience of teaching, assessing and/or IQA
• Level 3 qualification or above in Pilates, Gym, PT, Exercise Referral or CPD courses
• A teaching qualification such as AET or equivalent
• An assessor qualification such as Award in Assessing or equivalent

We may also consider applicants who do not yet hold training and assessment qualifications but are working towards them.  Knowledge of Ofsted standards would be desirable but not essential.
