The job role of Overnight Floor Manager:

Duck & Waffle is now looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join the very successful team as we continue to grow and enter one of our busiest periods near Liverpool Street, London.

The front of house management team are looking for a Floor Manager lead the overnight team and exemplify uncompromising hospitality, providing our guests with the finest food and beverages, accompanied by courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience.

The ideal candidate for Overnight Floor Manager:

• Experience of at least 2 years working in a Supervisor or Managerial role at a fine dining fast-paced environment will be tested at trial/interview stage
• Experience supervising daily shift operations from various departments
• Experience supervising large teams
• Excellent English language communication skills are required
• Flexible availability, working any 5 overnight shifts a week between Monday – Sunday
• Being deeply respectful of diversity and individuality
