Sports Therapist - Swallows Leisure Centre - Sittingbourne

We are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active self-employed Sports Therapist to join the team at SJK Injury clinic based at Swallows Leisure Centre Sittingbourne.  This clinic is based in a very busy Leisure Centre which has recently undergone a huge refurbishment project and will offer some of the latest health & fitness equipment available.  

Duties will include:

• Providing clinical injury assessments: to includes the assessment and treatment of a wide range of Musculo-skeletal conditions, primarily acute sports-related injuries but may also include chronic symptoms. 
• Using a range of remedial and sports massage techniques to provide effective deep tissue massage treatments to clients. 
• Designing and delivering injury rehabilitation, exercise programmes with clients on the Gym floor. 
• Re-assessing the injury post-treatment to monitor and communicate progress with the client. 
• Arranging follow-up treatment plans and providing aftercare
