Better Extreme is a brand new venture by GLL. We're looking for Extreme Supervisors to help run the new Extreme Newquay Trampoline and Play Park in Cornwall. This facility offers a Trampoline Park you can dodge, dunk and dive into a heap of fun, which has our unique bounce arena has a mix of fun features so we're looking for a Supervisor with a passion for these sports to work in this truly exciting environment.

Working closely with the Duty Manager and General Manager, you'll ensure that the Park runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis by overseeing the operational processes and supervision of staff on reception, stock control, sales and promotions - helping us to achieve financial and sales targets. You'll be able to relate to our customers and your energy and enthusiasm will ensure they have the most enjoyable time possible as well as staying safe. You'll be working with, and supervising, a team of like-minded people and will be encouraged to develop your ideas to help more people become active in non-traditional sports. A natural leader, you'll motivate, encourage and develop your team to perform to the highest standards.

You'll be driven and ambitious - always looking for the next challenge. Your previous sport/leisure experience will have given you excellent customer service skills as well as understanding of standard operating procedures, emergency action plans and a First Aid at Work qualification. As well as demonstrating your knowledge of trampoling and other extreme sports, you'll show a commitment to learn and develop yourself and your team.
