Brand Manager - NEW OPENING - The Hoxton, Holborn
We’re looking for a Brand Manager to be our brand guardian and the curator of the guest experience for The Hoxton, Holborn.
It’s a fantastic opportunity to become the frontline eyes and ears for The Hoxton and play a pivotal role in bringing the brand to life for our guests and locals alike. From the tiny details to the big ideas, you always-on, spotting issues and opportunities to improve, with no ‘staying in lane’ required!
What you’ll do…
- Drive innovative thinking that delivers on brand and business goals
- Be the face of the brand on property, welcoming guests and partners, making sure the vibe is on point and feedback is excellent
- Build a strong cultural programme & strategic partnerships that reinforce what we’re about, and entertain & delight both guests & locals
- Keep an eye on the room and R&B commercials and work closely with the R&B, sales and revenue teams on ideas to hit targets
- Treat the whole hotel as your canvas (lobby, rooms, restaurants, bars, outside spaces etc) to create an experience that people rave about and want to keep coming back to
- Work across all departments on property, as well as the brand and design team centrally
What we’re looking for…
- A strategic & creative thinker who has been part of exciting brands and delivered business results
- A strong understanding of what lifestyle brands that are rooted in culture and community are about
- Experience in creating and pulling off strong cultural event programmes that go beyond brand marketing activations across industries such as art, fashion, music, tech, wellness and the like.
- Ability to work across the entire marketing mix with a strong understanding of the creative process, digital marketing and experiential
- Someone with lots of ideas on who we should partner with across a variety of industries
- You know how to get under the skin of a brand and consumers to drive insightful ideas and opportunities
- A conceptual, out-of-the-box thinker who inspires others; we’re up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once
