General Manager - Leading Leisure Operator - Stevenage

£40,000 basic OTE 50K

We are looking to recruit a General Manager in Stevenage for a market leading operator in the leisure industry, a business that revolves around the delivery of excellent customer service over a large complex with multiple revenue streams.

• You must be able to demonstrate a strong track record as a general manager.
• Have a strong commercial focus underpinned by the ability to drive operational standards and performance.
• Work well within a heavily branded environment with well-established ways of working.
• Be hands on position and lead from the front with excellnt coaching skills.
• Ideally have a strong knowledge of food and beverage.
• Be willing to work bination of shifts and 1 in 2 weekends .
