Job Details
Castle Rock Brewery require a competent, highly-motivated, confident and focussed individual to take on the role of Supervisor at the Fox & Grapes.
The candidate will be supporting the management team in all aspects of running this site located in the trendy, up & coming Sneinton Market area of Nottingham, providing an extensive range of cask ale, craft beers, wines and spirits plus a varied food menu.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate knowledge and competency in all aspects of drink planning & service along with having strong skills in the kitchen as menu development, promotion and food service will form part of the daily duties. Staff management is a prerequisite alongside possessing first-class customer service skills.
