The successful applicant will be able to lead the brigade from the front and unsupervised  ensuring the delivery of excellent standards in both food and kitchen hygiene practices. Compliance should come as second nature (with a "best in class" attitude) alongside good planning and kitchen management skills.  You will be catering for the day to day menu offering home cooked food & pastries, wedding and function events and Sunday lunches. 

The ability to create an on trend menu whilst never forgetting the needs of the business and its guests is essential alongside an ability to demonstrate a proven track record in management of cost and profit. 

If you have an evidenced background in a quality environment, with a solution focused can do attitude, then we would like to meet you. Normal shift patterns are from 7am to 8pm (Monday to Friday) and 8am to 10pm (Saturday & Sunday) however flexibility is required for events.
