We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working Snr Chef de Partie to join our Food & Beverage Team.  You must be passionate about providing fantastic food at all times and possess a real attention to detail. You must have relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant environment where the emphasis was on top quality fresh produce sourced locally. You will be ambitious, hard-working and have a real desire to move up the career ladder. The ideal candidate will have a full knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH and be qualified to at least NVQ level 2.

 

Candidates should display a high integrity of skill set knowledge and it is imperative they are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts to suit our business demands.  You will be asked to work as part of a team as well as being able to take your own initiative and work individually. This is a very demanding role and we are looking for someone who has a great eye for detail and who takes pride in their work.

 

Loch Lomond provides a wide variety of food services within its F&B Department and your role will require you to fulfil duties dependent on the business levels, shift patterns and experience. This can range from our A la carte fine dining restaurant to bespoke private events both in house and in our exclusive lodges around the estate.

 

The Basic Job Function is to take full responsibility for the running of a particular section in the kitchen.

 

The ideal candidate will enjoy working within a friendly team environment. This is a full-time position with 5 shifts from Monday to Sunday with a rota’d weekend off each month.  This position has excellent progression opportunities for those who are looking for an exciting career and job security.
