Business Development Manager - Sky High Trampoline Park, Peacehaven
39 hours per week | £25,000 per annum, OTE £30,000 per annum
As Business Development Manager you have overall responsibility for the business and commercial development of the site ensuring that agreed targets (commercial and non-financial) are met. To achieve this you will need to be innovative in regards to programming (particularly at current off-peak times), marketing, pricing, procurement, activities and new business opportunities.
You will ensure safe and highly consistent operational management of the park to meet customer expectations and minimize any commercial risk. You will act as an ambassador for leisure, ensuring an inclusive, creative, stimulating, vibrant and attractive programme of activities and events are promoted to all sections of the Community. The park already offers sessions for children with SEND however working alongside the Wave Community and Health Improvement Team we believe a far more extensive programme could be delivered. This would contribute towards Strategic Priority 4, “Developing and delivering positive health and wellbeing activities”.
