Here's a snapshot of the role and its key responsibilities:

Our Bartenders are responsible for delivering the highest standard of food and beverages to all our customers, to ensure guest satisfaction. Other duties include:

• Assist the Restaurant & Bars Team to maintain a high professional standard of performance at all times.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality, service and customer care are maintained in the Bar areas.
• Ensure Bar areas are kept to a hygienic standard of cleanliness and tidiness, together with the hygienic handling of all drink and food to ensure drink and food safety.
• Greet customers, take and price orders for everything available for sale and serve according to the standard of the centre with good social skills.
• Prepares and serves drinks according to recipes for guests and servers
• Ensures equipment is maintained in order that it remains in effective working order, with correct storage to minimise damage to any piece of equipment.
• Performs accurate cash/credit handling
• Sell and “up sell” on any given opportunity. Using the Bar Food menu as another selling tool.

What you’ll need to succeed in this role?!

Ideally, you will:

• Be engaging, outgoing and confident
• Have an eye for detail
• Find achieving great customer service highly motivating
• Previous experience working in a fast paced Bar or Restaurant
• Extensive spirit and cocktail knowledge
